Client Privacy &
Data Protection Notice
fxTsignals.com is committed to responsible, proportionate, and transparent handling of personal, trading, financial-record, referral, and service data. This Notice explains what we process, why we process it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you when using our Copy Trading and related fxTsignals services.
Scope & Service Separation
fxTsignals.com (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “fxTsignals”) respects the privacy of every individual who engages with our platform. This Notice describes the processing connected with Trial and Real Copy Trading, related account-management workflows, referral and Affiliate Business Partner activity, and signal-service interactions that are administered through this platform.
Our Copy Trading and Premium Signal services may share a client identity for communication and service continuity, but their operational, account, payment, referral, and financial histories are not treated as one merged financial account. Records are maintained according to the service and exact account or transaction to which they relate.
Information We Collect
We collect information that is reasonably necessary to evaluate an application, establish and administer a service relationship, operate an authorised trading connection, maintain exact account and payment records, provide support, and protect platform integrity.
2.1 Identity, Contact & Application Information
- Name, courtesy title, email address, WhatsApp number, Telegram username, and Discord username where supplied.
- Country or country code, trading experience, referral source, notes, and service/application type.
- Terms acknowledgements, recommended-broker acknowledgements, and other consent or application confirmations.
- Documents or files voluntarily uploaded as part of an application or support process.
2.2 Copy Trading Account Information
- Broker, trading platform, broker server, MT4/MT5 account identifier, and trading-account password supplied for the authorised connection.
- Declared initial or starting balance, account currency, selected payment method, and other account-specific settings.
- Application status, approval history, account sequence, service status, and operational notes.
Trading Credentials & Client Capital Protection
Trading credentials are collected only where required to establish and maintain the authorised MT4/MT5 Copy Trading connection and to support trade execution or account servicing. Access is limited to personnel and systems that require it for those purposes.
3.1 What We Will Never Request for Ordinary Copy Trading Connection
3.2 Credential Handling
- Credential submissions are transmitted through the secured website connection.
- Access is restricted to authorised administrative or technical functions required for service delivery.
- Credentials are not sold, rented, or provided to advertisers.
- Clients should change or revoke trading credentials when an account is closed, terminated, or no longer connected to the service.
Exact Account & Financial Records
Real Copy Trading accounts are administered as separate account contexts. We may therefore process and retain account-specific financial and operational records so that one account is not confused with another.
- Original or starting deposit, current balance, High-Water Mark, and performance-session balances.
- Performance-fee rate, exact-cycle calculations, fee snapshots, discount records, and settlement status.
- Invoices, payment method, payment charges, payment references, payment proof, verification status, and payment timestamps.
- Account lifecycle records including approval, closure, termination, archive, waiver, unauthorised-payment, or other settlement states where applicable.
Historical financial records may be preserved after an account is closed where needed to maintain invoice integrity, settlement history, auditability, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Payment and refund terms are governed by the applicable service terms rather than by this Privacy Notice.
Referral & Affiliate Honorarium Privacy
Where a client or account is connected to an Affiliate Business Partner or referral relationship, we may process the referrer identity, referral email, exact referred account, applicable honorarium rate, payment status, payout method or destination, payout reference, and acknowledgement history.
- Referral and honorarium records are linked to the relevant client/account and settlement context rather than treated as a generic member-wide payment.
- Client-facing referral views may mask referred-client email addresses to reduce unnecessary disclosure.
- Paid honorarium and settlement records may be retained as historical financial records even where a referral relationship later changes.
- Owner, administrative, and other internal identities are not intentionally exposed to members unless required for the relevant service interaction.
Why We Process Information
- To receive, review, approve, reject, or administer Trial and Real Copy Trading applications.
- To establish and maintain authorised trading-account connections and account-specific service records.
- To calculate and administer performance fees, invoices, settlements, discounts, waivers, and related payment states.
- To administer Affiliate Business Partner relationships and eligible honorarium payments.
- To send service, account, invoice, payment, referral, security, and support communications.
- To operate the website, understand aggregate usage, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and improve service quality.
- To meet lawful requests, protect our rights, and preserve records needed for disputes, fraud prevention, or compliance.
Security & Access Control
We use administrative, technical, and procedural safeguards intended to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse. Access to non-public client and financial information is restricted according to operational need.
- Website transmissions use secure HTTPS/TLS connections.
- Administrative and service-role access is limited to authorised operational functions.
- Financial records are maintained with exact account, application, invoice, and settlement context where the system supports those links.
- Notification or communication failures are handled separately from valid financial state so that a messaging error does not rewrite completed financial history.
No internet transmission, hosted database, device, or third-party system can be guaranteed absolutely secure. Clients should also protect their own email, broker, messaging, and device credentials.
First-Party Analytics, Cookies & Live Chat
We use limited first-party analytics to understand website traffic and service interactions. Current first-party analytics may record a pseudonymous visitor identifier, page path, country code, device category, referrer host, campaign/source information, event name, and selected event properties.
We may use essential cookies or similar browser storage for authentication, visitor recognition, security, and platform functionality. Public pages may also load a third-party live-chat service; information entered into that chat and related technical metadata may be processed by that provider under its own privacy terms.
Service Providers & External Platforms
We rely on specialist providers to operate parts of the platform. These may include website hosting/content delivery, database and authentication infrastructure, email delivery, live chat, payment services, file storage, messaging platforms, and other technical or operational services. Providers receive only the data reasonably required for the service they perform.
Telegram, Discord, brokers, payment platforms, and other external services operate under their own privacy policies and security practices. Information you provide directly to those services is governed by their terms. Where we recommend a broker or receive a commercial referral benefit, that relationship does not authorise the sale of your personal data and does not change the privacy rules described in this Notice.
Disclosure & Non-Sale of Personal Data
fxTsignals does not sell or rent Personal Data to advertisers or data brokers.
- Authorised fxTsignals personnel may access data where required to deliver, support, secure, or account for the service.
- Service providers may process limited data on our behalf for hosting, communications, payments, support, authentication, or similar operational purposes.
- Information may be disclosed where required by law, court order, regulator, competent authority, or to protect legal rights and platform security.
- In a genuine business transfer, relevant records may pass to a successor subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy obligations.
Retention, Closure & Deletion
We aim to keep Personal Data only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, the continuing client relationship, security, dispute handling, or applicable legal and accounting needs.
Closing a client account or ending a service does not necessarily erase historical financial records. Exact invoices, settlements, payment proofs, account lifecycle history, and paid honorarium records may need to remain immutable or archived so that completed financial events are not rewritten.
Where deletion is legally and operationally permitted, we will consider a valid deletion request against any competing need to retain financial, fraud-prevention, security, or compliance records.
Your Privacy Rights & Choices
- Request access to Personal Data held about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data.
- Request deletion where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.
- Request restriction or object to certain processing where applicable.
- Withdraw consent where a processing activity relies on consent.
- Ask questions about the categories of data used for your account, referral, payment, or service relationship.
We may need to verify identity before completing a privacy request so that information is not disclosed or altered for the wrong person.
Market Data, Risk & Intellectual Property
Market data, signal outputs, account-performance information, and analytical material may be displayed for transparency or service administration. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and nothing in this Privacy Notice constitutes personalised investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.
Trading signals, software, platform design, analytical methods, reports, graphics, text, logos, and proprietary data remain the intellectual property of fxTsignals or the relevant licensed provider. Privacy rights do not create a right to reproduce proprietary platform material or another individual's data.
Terms, Changes & Applicable Law
This Privacy Notice is intended to explain data handling. Service eligibility, trading rules, performance-fee obligations, refunds, account conduct, and other commercial terms are governed by the applicable Terms & Conditions. Affiliate-specific commercial terms are described separately in the Affiliate Business Partner Policy.
We may update this Notice when our services, systems, providers, or legal obligations change. The version published on this page is the current notice. This Notice is interpreted subject to laws applicable to fxTsignals and to the processing activity concerned; users remain responsible for determining whether use of the service is lawful in their own jurisdiction.
